THE TEAM

Alua Bekturova gathered a team of highly professional and experienced coaches. Each member of the team is trained by her, personally.

Alua makes sure that all her Clubs are training, according to her training program that is based on more than 20 years of experience and designed exclusively to excel at the gymnasts and achieve their full potential.

THE FOUNDER & HEAD COACH

Originally from Kazakhstan, Alua has been doing gymnastics since she was 5 years old. She was a member of the national team of Kazakhstan. Alua is Master of Sports in Rhythmic Gymnastics, multiple prize-winner and has been a leading gymnast of Kazakhstan.

In 2013, Alua got her Master's Degree in Sports Management from the University of Valencia. She has been training kids since 2013. Alua has been working as coach in many countries such as Kazakhstan, Norway, Denmark, Spain.

ALua is an international judge of the second FIG brevet in RG. She has judged many international competitions, such as Youth Olympic Games in Argentina in 2018, World Cup, Grand Prix, and World Championship in Baku in 2019.

Rhythmic Gymnastics is her life.

ALUA BEKTUROVA

Tonneke van Rooijen  has been involved in Ritmica RG Club since its inception.

Before she started as a coach at Ritmica RG Club,  she has been a head coach for Synchronized Swimming Club for over 20 years and until two years ago she was a coach of the Dutch National Talent Team in synchronized swimming (12 to 15 years).

Guiding athletes and helping them to get to the highest level is what she is really good at.

As a synchronized international swimmer with several national and international titles, Tonneke has an extensive knowledge in how to train the gymnasts to their full potential.

Further Tonneke is certified Gyrotic teacher. Last year she completed the Coach training level 3.

COACH of 1ST DIVISION

Andra Harmsen is in our club from the start. She has been a gymnast for many years who competed in the Dutch Championship, represented the Netherlands in National and International competitions. At this moment Andra is studying Physical education by the university. She takes care of our gymnasts from Selection and Talent groups.

Ella Harmsen
COACH OF RECREATION  

Ella Harmsen has been a gymnast for over 15 years and competed in national and international competitions. At this moment Ella is studying Journalism at the Hogeschool in Utrecht. She takes care of our recreation girls in Alkmaar.

SOFIJA FOKEEVA
COACH OF RECREATION  

Sofija Fokeeva is originally from Russia. She has been teaching gymnastics for many years. She specialised with working and developing kids of young ages. Sophia takes care of the Reacretion group of our Club

DEBORA REGOLI
BALLET TEACHER

Debora Regoli was born in Pisa, Italy. Debora was educated in dance art by completing a number of educational courses and scholarship programs at prestigious Academies & professional Dance Companies, including Academy Formazione Bartolomei (Rome), Peridance Capezio Center (NY).

In 2014, she joined Kibbutz Contemporary Dance Company and danced in a collection of works choreographed by Rami Be'er. 

During the last years, she worked amongst others, at the National Opera and Ballet, Roberto Zappalà (Zappalà dance) and collaborated with many choreographers and companies, such as Enzo Celli (Vivo Ballet Company), Kopland Dance Theater, Martin Harriague, The Kitchen Dance company, and others.

As a choreographer, she created her first own work during the year 2013. 

In July 2016, she won the Prize as "Best Young Artist" with her creation "Duplex" in Koln, Germany.

Today, Debora works, as Assistant Director for "De Nationale Opera & Ballet" and as Ballet Teacher for the "Zhembrovskyy Ballet.”

She is our choreographer.
